At, quality merchandise and service are our priorities. We only do online sales and if you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase from our website, you may return items to us for an exchange or merchandise refund.


Low Shipping Cost:Your total shipping cost will show up at the check out before you submit your order.

We ship from our warehouse in New Jersey, Monday through Friday. We usually ship the next business day.

Only New Jersey orders will include 7.00% Sales Tax.


If for any reason you don't like or don't want something you received from, you may return New and Unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Length of warranty may be extended with a purchase of extended warranty for 10% of the product cost if you intend to start using the product after the 30 day period (such as Christmas gifts). Merchandise damaged as a result of customer use will not be accepted for return or refund.


Items must be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase for exchange or refund and must be in original, re-sellable condition unless the item(s) are defective or damaged in shipping. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. All refunds will be credited to your account minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

The restocking fee does not apply to damaged items or incorrect shipments. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number MUST be issued by ToyGalaxy.Net customer service PRIOR to ToyGalaxy accepting any returns. We will NOT accept returns without an RMA number.

Shipping charges are not refunded. With free shipping offers, the actual shipping & handling cost will be determined by the weight of the product. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us. You will also need to pay for the shipping of your new product to you.

How to Obtain an RMA Number

To get an RMA number, which is required for us to accept a return, just e-mail Please provide your contact phone number, email address, and order number followed by the detailed reason of the return.

The order number may be found on your emailed confirmation letter, or on the sales receipt included with your shipment. The RMA number will be emailed to you (if applicable) after a representative reviews your claim. If there are any questions or issues regarding the return, a customer service representative will contact you either by email or phone.


Please do not place your order unless you are sure about what you want. Our customer service is ready to help you with any question. A service charge of $2.95 will be applied for canceling an order. If you decide to change the shipping address or shipping method or if for any reason we have to call you, there will also be a service charge of $2.95.
